Business Challenge

The product intended to offer a monthly subscription for Environmental companies facing problems with tracking their Waste collection and processing. The current practice followed is with issuing manual manifests and checking driver movements through simple GPS location tracking. No way to track where hazardous waste is for the waste generators till a manual certificate is issued

Our Solution

We developed a robust Web application offering a Comprehensive Management Module with Branding and Content Control, Graphical Dashboards and Detailed reports that control the Front and back end Applications and smoothen and drive the operations. Operational Module for controlling the services, users, drivers, driver tracking, and order as required. The Control panel is web based Application with PWA (Mobile) so that you can access it from any Screen.

The Environmental companies benefit from knowing where the hazardous material is from collection to destruction in Realtime. The waste generators are also able to track the waste providing them a peace of mind. The entire operations are paper free with automated manifests and certificate issuance with various safeguard and approvals built in.

The product intended to offer a monthly subscription for Restaurants facing problems with Take Away and delivery times, incorrect food orders as they are accepting orders manually over the phone. Those Restaurants with longer table turnaround time due to the crowd and staffing issues as their front office staff is over stretched. Where long waiting times due to crowds on weekends are leading to diners walking off

We developed a Mobile responsive website, Web application and a Mobile Application that enabled the restaurant customers to order online from Home and pay as well as reserve their tables and order ahead so that it would be ready once they came in. Orders are directly sent to a printer in the kitchen. Once ready, the Kitchen staff update the front office staff on the system to pick up or deliver the food. The tables in the dining area were QR coded, and the customer are given an option to order food from a digital menu.

The customer generates revenue on a monthly basis serving the restaurants where waiting times for the tables reduced is by 80% on weekends as people are reserving tables online. Pickup and delivery orders will be smooth with 0% errors and their Pickup and Delivery sales will increase by up to 28%. The diners will be happy with the introduction of the digital menu and placing their own orders leading to the front office staff concentrating more on service.
