The product intended to offer a monthly subscription for Restaurants facing problems with Take Away and delivery times, incorrect food orders as they are accepting orders manually over the phone. Those Restaurants with longer table turnaround time due to the crowd and staffing issues as their front office staff is over stretched. Where long waiting times due to crowds on weekends are leading to diners walking off
We developed a Mobile responsive website, Web application and a Mobile Application that enabled the restaurant customers to order online from Home and pay as well as reserve their tables and order ahead so that it would be ready once they came in. Orders are directly sent to a printer in the kitchen. Once ready, the Kitchen staff update the front office staff on the system to pick up or deliver the food. The tables in the dining area were QR coded, and the customer are given an option to order food from a digital menu.
The customer generates revenue on a monthly basis serving the restaurants where waiting times for the tables reduced is by 80% on weekends as people are reserving tables online. Pickup and delivery orders will be smooth with 0% errors and their Pickup and Delivery sales will increase by up to 28%. The diners will be happy with the introduction of the digital menu and placing their own orders leading to the front office staff concentrating more on service.
